Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.
- 12 cloves garlic
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Separate (but don't peel) the cloves of garlic and roast in an un-oiled pan for 15 minutes at 35°F0, turning occasionally.
- Set aside and peel when cool.
- In a blender or food processor, blend everything together until smooth.
