CABBAGE SALAD 1 med. Head cabbage, shredded 6 Sm. Green onions, chopped 3/4 c. Frozen peas, uncooked 1/2 c. Shredded carrots 1/4 c. Sliced almonds 1/4 c. Sunflower seeds 1/8 c. Sesame seeds 1 pkg. Ramen (chicken) oriental noodles, uncooked DRESSING: 2 tsp. Sugar 1/4 c. Oil 1/2 c. Zesty Italian dressing Dash of pepper Season packet from the Ramen noodles Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl. Add dressing and stir. Add the remaining four ingredients just shortly before serving so they remain crisp. (I use precut cabbage and carrot mixture you can find at grocery store.)
