Ingredients[]
- 1 cabbage, shred in thin silvers
- 1 cup celery, cut diagonally
- ½ cup green peppers, in thin strips
- ½ cup tomatoes, in tiny wedges
- 1 cup pineapple, in ½-inch dice
- 1 tsp salad herbs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- freshly ground pepper
Directions[]
- Place the shredded cabbage in a 2-quart bowl.
- Add the greens and set aside.
- Combine the yogurt, sour cream and milk.
- Beat together until there is a consistency of heavy cream.
- Add enough dressing to hold the salad together.
