  • Serves: 4



  1. Sauté bell pepper, onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add cabbage to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add precooked potatoes and spices.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook 2 more minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
