Ingredients[]
- 1 medium cabbage
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- salt
Directions[]
- Remove the first outer leaves from the cabbage, divide in six parts and set to boil in salt water.
- When ready, drain well, remove the core, and place in a heat resistant glass dish that was greased with some butter.
- Fry the bread crumbs with the butter and pour over the cabbage.
- Place in the oven for a few minutes.
- Before serving, pour some melted butter on top.
