Caffe Latte Smoothies

1/2 cup sugar 2 cups hot brewed coffee or espresso 2 cups fat free milk or fat free half and half, divided

Combine sugar and coffee in a large bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves; stir in 1 cup milk. Cover and freeze 8 hours. Thaw slightly in refrigerator; add remaining 1 cup milk. Break into pieces with a fork; beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Serve at once. Makes 5 cups. Source: Southern Living
