In Romanian: Prajitura cu zmeura
- 8 oz / 250 g cottage cheese
- 2 hard boiled yolks
- 3 raw yolks
- 2 oz / 50 g butter
- sugar to taste
- 1 lb / 500 g raspberries
- shortening for the pan
- Sieve the cottage cheese, mix with the two hard boiled yolks, also sieved and with 3 raw yolks.
- Add 2 oz/50 g butter, salt and sugar to taste.
- Mix everything well, to get a creamy mixture.
- Add 3 whipped egg whites.
- Grease a pan and pour the batter in a uniform layer.
- Arrange raspberries on top.
- Bake at medium heat.
- Cut according to taste.
