  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in the teriyaki sauce for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Grill the chicken breasts until done.
  3. Slice rolls in half.
  4. Spread rolls with mayonnaise.
  5. Place lettuce leaf on bun half.
  6. Top with the grilled chicken breast.
  7. Place California avocado slices on top of the grilled chicken.
  8. Garnish with pineapple slice.
