A cool and refreshing dip perfect for a midnight snack or to share with friends at a party.
- 1 ripe California avacado
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 7 ¾ Cups sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ head of lettuce (shredded)
- tortilla chips
- 2 Cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)-optional
Peel and remove the pit of the avacado.
Serve both with tortilla chips.
