Mash the avocado.

Use as a dip for chips, vegetables, or crackers
Make a sandwich using the Avocado-Tuna Mash like a spread
Eat it plain
Make hors'doerves by putting spread on crackers and garnishing with fresh cilantro, parsley, etc.
