Ingredients[]
- 1 Chicken breast...cooked.
- Cut into bite size pieces
- 2 Avocados....peeled, pitted and smoothed in blender.
- 8 oz of low fat or no fat sour cream.
- Chopped garlic....as much as you like.
- 2 oz chopped black olives.
Directions[]
Saute garlic in very little oil.
Add blended avocados, sour cream, black olives and Chicken.
Heat over low heat
Serve over cooked penne.
