- 2 avocado (peeled and diced)
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tomatoes (slice, rinse out seeds, and chop)
- 2 cucumbers
- Slice in half
- Remove seeds and dice - skin may be removed or left on.
- 1 red onion diced
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped fined)
- 10 pickled jalapeño slices (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
