Ingredients Edit

  • 2 avocado (peeled and diced)
  • Juice of one lime
  • 2 tomatoes (slice, rinse out seeds, and chop)
  • 2 cucumbers
  • Slice in half
  • Remove seeds and dice - skin may be removed or left on.
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped fined)
  • 10 pickled jalapeño slices (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions Edit

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
