- 3 California avocados, roughly mashed
- ½ Cup chopped parsley
- 1/3 Cups finely chopped red onion
- 1/3 Cups prepared sweet pickle relish

Stir together all ingredients. Chill 1 hour to marry flavors. Serve on Ham, Cheese, Turkey, and Chicken sandwiches or alone on a bagel.
