Remove Thin Strips of Peel From 1 Large lemon. Cut Strips Into Thin Shreds. in Small Pan, Over Low Heat, Simmer Peel in 1/4 Cup light corn syrup For 5 Minutes. Stir Frequently Until Deep Yellow And Slightly Curled. Using Fork, Lift Peel From Syrup. Spread on Lightly Oiled Foil to Cool.Source: my Old Recipes
