Candied Sweet Potato Balls

Ingredients

• 4-6 large sweet potatoes
• 1oz. butter (salt) margarine
• ½ cup Sugar
• ¼ cup water

Directions

1. Boil sweet potatoes in salted water. Cool.
2. Scoop the cooked potatoes into balls; arrange in a greased shallow baking dish so that there will be only one layer.
3. Make syrup with the Sugar and water.
4. Pour the syrup over the potatoes.
