Casserole Arroz

3 cups cooked rice 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips 2 cups sour cream 1 can chopped green chilies (4.5 oz) 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Stir Monterey Jack cheese into hot rice. Add sour cream and green chilies. Put mixture into a 11 x 7 inch casserole dish and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6 to 8 Source: Unknown
