Ingredients[]
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce Jamaican rum
- 1 ounce madeira
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¾ cup milk or ~2 ounces heavy cream
- nutmeg

- Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass.
- If heavy cream is used, top the drink with milk.
- Dust surface with lots of nutmeg.
