Ingredients[]
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup confectioners' sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup marsala wine
Directions[]
- Put eggs, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler over hot water.
- Cook and beat constantly for about 6 minutes until mixture is very thick and light.
- Add wine and beat again until mixture is very thick.
- Pour into stemmed dessert glasses.
- This may be served warm or chilled.
