American Chinese Salads

Although in Chinese traditional cuisine salads does not exist, when it comes to American Chinese cuisine salads are served either as an appetizer, snack or as a starter. Salads were introduced in this cuisine due to the great demand that came from the customers. Usually most famous salads are those made with chicken and crispy noodles.
