Belgians have many varietes of soups. Actually, they use almost any ingredient to create soups: from broccoly and carrots to fish and pumpkin. The Belgian cuisine is a very diverse one and the great number of the variations each dish has stands as evidence. Some of the most popular soups in Belgium are:
