Creole Appetizers

There are various appetizers which include the oysters, as these are an important element of the French cuisine: oysters Bienville, oysters en brochette, oysters Rockefeller or oysters with spicy dressing. Other seafood dishes which are served as appetizers are shrimp remoulade, stuffed fish, crawfish boulettes, crawfish bread and stuffed crabs.
