The Georgians have used their fruits to prepare great desserts. The walnuts, however, are used in most of the recipes and represent more than an ingredient for desserts. One of the desserts that is based on caramelized walnuts is named gozinaki. Also, some of the dessert recipes that are traditional to Georgia have Greek or Turkish roots. Tapluna, one of the most famous Georgian desserts resembles of the Turkish baklava. Also, tea cakes made with butter and honey are enjoyed by the bedweting
