  • kaldou, is a dish create in casamance, very light and digestive, because it is lower in oil and the sauce is lemon-flavored. It is prepared with fish, and eaten with rice.
  • supukanj, which is a food with a basic indigent of rice served with a sauce gombo based, palm oil and vegetables.
