Italian cuisine sets its basis on pizza and pasta recipes. So making the pizza dough is really an important matter, and sometimes not very difficult. For an original recipe you need dry-active yeast, warm water, flour of best quality, and a tablespoon of salt. The pizza dough may be refrigerated over night in oiled pans covered with plastic wrap. Before adding ingredients to the pizza dough, make sure you add tomato juice, herbs and garlic to it. Then you can add ingredients to your taste, depending on what kind you what to make: prosciuto, fungi, or mozzarella. Pastas may have as much as 60 different recipes to prepare for each of the typical shape. According to your taste, you can prepare sauces for pastas, make side dishes, usually vegetable stews, or bake them in the oven in a meaty sauce. You can also make a spaghetti sauce with pomodoro (tomato), olive oil, garlic and onions, ground beef and spices.
