Kentucky Meat Dishes

Kentucky meat dishes are a medley of varies influences came from all parts of the state. The most sophisticated dishes made with meat can be served during special celebrations or holidays. Generally meat dishes here are made using pork meat, poultry or fish and in some parts of the state lamb meat is used. Many different types of stews cooked in this state are called Burgoo.
