Salads are not very common in Kyrgyzstan cuisine, but you may find some salads recipes which are mainly served with the main dish. People from Kyrgyzstan prepare salads from pickled vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, sugar beets. There are numerous salads which are prepared with boiled meat as the meat is the most common ingredient in Kyrgyzstan cuisine. You can also find a lot of fruit salads which are more likely served as dessert, fruit salads are made of local or imported fruits. Noodles combined with boiled meat and vegetables concluded with milk cream make a delicious salad.
