The most common Moldavian desserts are Nut rolls, Cold Semolina Budding and Spotted Sweet Chestnuts.

Nut rolls are made with dried corn, sugar syrup, nuts, currants and scrapped lemon peel. After you remove the corn core you put into the core thin sugar syrup, crashed nuts, boiled in sugar syrup with scrapped lemon peel and a few currants; put them in the oven for at least thirty minutes.

Cold semolina budding is made by mixing water and wine with sugar, scrapped lemon peel in a pot while boiling; while this mixture boils add semolina until you have a thick cream, then let it cool for a few minutes then add over the resulted cream raisins jam.
