Moldovan Meat Dishes

There are many dishes in the Moldavian cuisine which include meat such as soups, stews and roasted meat. People in Moldavia usually eat roasted pork or roasted chicken with a variety of legumes. A delicious stew made with meat is Potato stew with Pork Bacon. This stew is also prepared with onion, flour and greens. People from Moldavia also eat a lot of pork products like smoked sausages or smoked bacon. Beans soup can also be prepared with pork meat cut in small pieces. Potato musaca is made of minced beef or pork meat, potato puree and ingredients such as parsley, salt, pepper and chili.
