You can find in Moldavian cuisine a large variety of salads like Mix salad; White Beans Salad; Green Beans Salad, Bulgarian Salad, Beet Salad, Greens Salad, Potato Salad and Red Cabbage Salad. A traditional salad in Moldavian cuisine is Potato Salad made with crumbled cheese, cleaned and boiled potatoes, olive oil, crushed cloves, finely chopped scallions, pitted black olives, wine vinegar, finely chopped dill, salt and black pepper. After you gather all ingredients cut potatoes into small cubes then toss them with olive oil and garlic; afterwards add cheese and scallions and drizzle with vinegar, salt, pepper, dill and olives and toss then together. Potato salad is served on fresh lettuce leaves.
