- The Mozambican Shrimp – made of shrimps, can beer, butter, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, fresh parsley, garlic, Tabasco sauce, “coazafern” or Goya seasoning;
- Mozambique Fried Okra with Shrimp – made of vegetable oil, okra, salt, olive oil, peeled shrimps, spice essence, chopped onions, minced garlic, peeles, chopped tomatoes, one cup of “Piri piri”, reduced shrimp stock, chopped parsley leaves, fresh cilantro leaves. In preparing the traditional “Piri piri”, the main ingredients are one tablespoon of olive oil, five smashed garlic gloves, cayenne chili peppers, fresh lemon juice, salt. The Creole Seasoning is made of paprika, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne powder, dried oregano and dried thyme;
- The Mozambican Shark – made of black-tipped shark steaks, lemon juice, half cup of brandy, one cup of mayonnaise, chopped ginger, minced garlic, olive oil, two tablespoons of cinnamon, salt, grounded coriander, grounded black pepper and two tablespoons of chopped parsley.
