New England Appetizers

Appetizers are mostly light meals, represented by seafood and fresh salads. When considering the seafood, clams are very much enjoyed by the New Englanders and they are served steamed, with dressings as lime juice, like mist of the fish. The soft shells clams are mostly served as appetizers or casual meals and sometimes, they are even consumed raw.
