Salads are based on veggies, fruits, but also on meat and cheese. The salads which are consumed as main courses are cabbage and bacon salads, curried chicken salad, lobster salad and white bean and tuna salad. The fruit salads are best typified by the Gouda & strawberry salad with strawberry vinaigrette, apple salads, peach and berry salads or combinations between fruits and cheese, topped with mint dressing.
