In the Saudi Arabian Cuisine, you will find a few traditionally cooked soups. The soups represented in the Saudi Arabian Cuisine are mostly represented by dehydrated soups. Nevertheless, boiled vegetable soups are popular in the cuisine. You will also find that many soups are taken as appetizers in their meals rather than a proper meal. Most soup recipes require the meat to be cooked for several hours until it is tender. The Saudi Arabian Cuisine also has some great tasting broths and stews. They add noodles and vegetables with chicken cubes in their soups. These days you can find packets of Saudi Arabian soups in any departmental store. Stewed fava-bean dish is also an integral part of Hijazi meals, which are common throughout the Kingdom, are taken both as a breakfast staple and as a dinner entrée.
