Shrimp and Avocado Salad- is a special dish appreciate by the natives because its really easy to prepare and in the same time is really healthy. Some of the main ingredients of this dish are raw pumpkin seeds, olive oil, fresh lime juice, shallots, cilantro, grapefruit, freshly ground pepper and of course avocado.
