Couscous Salad with Baby Corn is a popular salad in Somalia. It is made with couscous (uncooked), garbanzo beans, salt, black pepper, black beans, diced tomatoes, nutmeg, parsley, baby corn and red wine.

Kisamvu Na Karanga is done by cooking spinach with onions and tomatoes. In the end, add grounded peanuts or peanut butter and stir to mix well.

Potato and Green Bean Salad is a tasty dish that requires potatoes, garlic, freshly ground black pepper, fresh lemon juice, cayenne pepper, green beans, green onions, chopped mint, chopped parsley and eggs.

Tomato and Capsicum Salad is a Somali side dish that accompanies different meat dishes. The main ingredients are red capsicums, green capsicums, egg tomatoes, lemon juice, ground cumin, chopped parsley and salt.
