Caesar salads are a common thing on the Spanish menu, no matter if you’re going to a restaurant or decide to have dinner at home. Almost anyone can prepare the salad.

In Spain is a common thing to serve salads as a side dish to another meal. Tropical pollo (chicken) is a kind of salad made with chicken beast prepared separately, usually fried in olive oil or cooked in the oven, and served on a platter of lettuce, as a salad. Spanish baccala is another salad made from salted cod meat, sliced and served with lemon. It can also be served with polenta, a specific dish made from mashed cornmeal flour.
