Switzerland, as a country, is definitely represented by the original fine chocolate that gives pride to this country. Hazelnuts, raisin or plain milk chocolate is of course the best dessert you can have.

The original dark chocolate comes from the Swiss cuisine as well. With 70% pure coco, the dark Swiss chocolate is one of the most refined ones in the world, being served as a delicates in fancy restaurants. Melted chocolate fondues are also a great Swiss dessert and is usually served with sides of strawberries, apples, pears and other exotic fruits. You can also add marshmallows to the side dish served for the chocolate fondue.

The chocolate mousse topped with whip cream states for another delicious dessert. There are also a large variety of cakes and other desserts, such as the Swiss cheesecake, the chocolate or vanilla soufflé, poppy seed triangles, or the custard usually topped with ice-cream.
