Falafel is basically a combination between the fava beans and the chick peas and it is consumed in pita bread, with toppings as chili sauce or cucumber and tomato salads. Soups are best represented by the lentil soups, which can be with noodles (prepared with brown, rinsed and drained lentils, vermicelli, cilantro, onion and garlic) or spinach. Okra lamb is a traditional dish that includes dried okra, lamb shoulder, meat stock, vegetable oil, garlic, lime juice, minced parsley and steamed rice. Baklava is made of chopped nuts layered with filo dough and this sweet dessert may also include honey, fruits or various sauces.
