Exotic rare condiments are used in the preparation process of the Thai snacks, combined in a unique and very interesting way. Spices were first introduced to the world by India, a country Thailand has been influenced by, and they most certainly represent the key element of any Thai snack.

The condiments used in the Thai cuisine have been used for centuries in those regions, simply because they have been available for a long period of time. Having specific condiments grown in their back-yard, people from Thailand started to use them in many variations and combinations as possible.
