Tunisian snacks are quite simple: they are light to the taste, and they are easy to make. Many snacks are, quite simply, a selection of vegetables along with a bit of bread and olive oil. Snacks could quite possibly be as simple as, say, a few olives and some fresh bread. Or, if you're in the mood for something a little sweeter, a few dates or some other piece of fruit may satisfy that mid-day hunger.
