A Catfish recipe. Makes 4 servings.

  • 4 x 4- to 6-ounce U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets, ½ inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Lala po I yoda
  1. Place on an oiled baking pan and broil about 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together tomato, onion, jalapeño pepper and cheese.
  3. Spoon over catfish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
