CATFISH PIZZA WITH HUSH PUPPY CRUST
Hush Puppy Crust:
1 1/3 c. pie crust mix 2/3 c. hush puppy mix 4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
In medium mixing bowl, combine pie crust mix and hush puppy mix. Add water gradually until mixture clings together and can be rolled into ball. With fingertips, press dough into a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan.
2 c. cooked, flaked catfish 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or American cheese 1/4 c. hush puppy mix 1 1/2 tsp. butter, softened
Sprinkle half the cheese over the hush puppy crust; place the flaked fish over the cheese. Pour the Tartar Topping over the fish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Combine hush puppy mix and butter; sprinkle over top of cheese. Bake in a hot 400 degrees oven for 20 to 22 minutes. Serve hot.

Combine all ingredients; blend well
