- 1/2 cup whole blanched almonds
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar sifted
- 1/4-teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white
- Grind almonds a portion at a time in electric blender or food chopper using fine blade.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and work to a stiff paste.
- Store in airtight container.
