In Romanian: Conopida cu unt si pesmet
Ingredients[]
- 1 medium Cauliflower
- 3 – 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- salt
Directions[]
- Wash the Cauliflower and set to boil in salt water.
- When tender, remove with the slotted spoon, drain, place on the platter and pour on top of it the bread crumbs fried in butter.
- Serve hot.
