Ingredients[]
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 – 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan (or other cheese)
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- salt
Directions[]
- Wash the cauliflower, divide into flowerets and start to boil in salted water.
- Drain, place into a heat-resistant dish and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Then sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour melted butter.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
