  1. Preheat a nonstick sauté pan.
  2. Add the olive oil and green onion and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the Cauliflower, tomatoes, oregano, lemon, tabasco, nutmeg, and black pepper.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
