Ingredients

• 3 lbs Ground Beef
• 8 oz bag Sea Shell Noodles
• 1 pkg pepperoni
• 1 lg bell pepper
• 1 lg Onion
• 1 sm can Mushrooms (Pieces & Stems)
• 6 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 6 cups Shredded Mozzerella Cheese

Directions

1. Boil noodles and set aside.
2. In small bowl cut up the bell pepper, Onion, Mushrooms, and one side of the pepperoni, mix in skillet and add ground Beef.
3. Brown ground Beef with the above ingredients and drain.
4. Drain Noodles and get a large baking dish.
5. Put a layer of noodles, add a layer of meat mixture, and add a layer of Cheddar and mozzerella cheeses.
6. Continue layering until all noodles, meat, and chesse is gone.
7. Top with remaining pepperoni.
8. Put in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until Cheese is melted and golden brown.
