  1. Blend the grated cheese, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread this evenly (and thickly) over the bread slices.
  3. Place on a flat cooking pan, and broil until bubbly and starting to brown.
  4. Slice the tomato thinly, and place one slice on each piece of bread.
