The fish must be a fresh one.

  1. Cut the fish in 3 cm x 3 cm squares.
  2. Add ground garlic, salt, green ground red pepper, white pepper and grated 'limo' red pepper.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Mix for 1 minute.
  5. Finally add grated red onion over the fish.
  6. serve with sweet potatoes and 'choclos'.
