Ingredients[]
- 1/4 cup Drained yogurt (yogurt cream)
- 3 x garlic cloves minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tbl black sesame seeds
- 2 bn celery stalks washed, peeled, and grated
- 1 cup Grated fresh coconut

- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and sesame seeds. Add the grated celery and coconut and toss well.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
